The Heritage of Green Hills to Host Flu Shot Clinic November 19
(Berks County, Pa.)On November 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., The Heritage of Green Hills Retirement Community invites Berks County seniors to attend a Flu Shot Clinic administered by Dr. Diane Bonaccorsi of Green Hills Family Medical Center.
The clinic will be held at The Heritage of Green Hills Welcome Center at 10 Tranquility Lane in Reading. Medicare will be accepted; please bring your Medicare card. Private Pay will cost $33.
Green Hills Family Medicine offers expertise in family medicine, geriatrics and critical care and will partner with The Heritage of Green Hills to become their on-site physician’s office when the community opens this spring.
