The Heritage of Green Hills Retirement Community Adds Key Staff

 

The Heritage of Green Hills Retirement Community has announced the addition of four new staff members to its management team. Construction is well under way at the community, which will be Berks County’s largest with the grand opening celebration scheduled in April 2009.

 

New hires include:

 

 

Kevin Sinclair, Director of Financial Services

Kevin comes to The Heritage of Green Hills from Titanium Metals Company in Exton, where he worked as a financial analyst. He holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A from Nova Southeastern University. As Director of Financial Services, Kevin will be responsible for all of the fiscal functions of the community.

 

 

 

 

 

Daniel Kelley, Food and Beverage Director

Daniel recently owned his own restaurant, Pasta La Vista, in Lake Placid, New York. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Paul Smith’s College, as well as a degree in Liberal and Culinary Studies from Mohawk Valley Community College. In his new position Daniel will oversee and control all food and beverage operations at the community.

 

 

 

 

 

Michael Schmincke, Director of Maintenance

Michael comes to The Heritage of Green Hills from Lancaster General Hospital where he served as a facilities operations manager. He attended RCA Technical Institute where he received a degree in Electrical Technology. As Director of Maintenance, Michael will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility including the grounds, building and equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

Christopher Huey, Retirement Specialist

Christopher comes to The Heritage of Green Hills from Penske Truck Leasing in Reading, where he served as a sales support specialist. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. In his new position Christopher will implement various sales and marketing strategies and support other team members through cooperative communications.
