Personal Care

We offer a choice of private rooms to fit your needs and budget. Our studios or suites all have their own bathrooms. All rooms can be decorated with cherished belongings to make residents feel right at home.

Yes. There are no set visiting hours, so friends and family are welcome anytime.

We offer a full calendar of activities, programs and events every month centered around eight dimensions of wellness. It’s a holistic approach to wellness personalized for each resident. The goal is to help residents live healthier and happier, while enjoying as much independence as possible.

 

Yes, we have licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) on site at The Heritage of Green Hills. It’s uncommon to find such a high level of professional staff at a personal care community, but it reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality of care for the residents we serve.

Memory Care

We offer spacious private rooms in memory care. Residents and their families are welcome to bring in cherished belongings that are beloved and familiar to the resident.

Resident rooms are equipped with an emergency call system. Staff is on duty 24/7 to monitor and assist residents any time, day or night. Doors lock automatically to keep residents safe. In addition, a secure courtyard offers residents a safe place to enjoy the outdoors.
